Terms of Use

This is a translation of the Turkish Terms of Use; if the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Mira Baby mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Mira Baby is an information and record-keeping app that helps parents follow their baby's development during the first 24 months. The App offers informative content about development stages, growth records, feeding, sleep, diaper and fever logs, pumping and milk stock tracking, a teething map, vaccine schedule reminders, reports, family sharing, sleep sounds, educational articles and an AI-supported question and answer assistant.

The App is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, does not suggest treatment or medicines, and makes no claim to detect illness. All the content and thresholds it shows are for general information only.

2. Medical Disclaimer

This app is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor or pediatrician for decisions about your baby's health.

In a health emergency, call your local emergency number without delay (112 in Türkiye) or go to the nearest healthcare facility. No information, reminder or AI answer in the App replaces a professional medical assessment.

3. Account and Acceptable Use

• The App is for users aged 18 and over (parents and caregivers).
• You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of the information entered under it.
• You may not use the App for an unlawful purpose, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the service.
• You may not use the App's content for reverse engineering, automated data collection (scraping) or republishing.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App's basic features are free. Some features require a Mira Baby Premium subscription (monthly, 6-monthly or yearly).
• Your first care log starts 10 days of free full access. It needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid subscription at the end; the App carries on with the free features.
• Payments are taken through the store you downloaded the App from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's payment terms. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions with a term renew automatically unless they are cancelled before the end of the period. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions on Android, or in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on iPhone; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you bought from (Google Play or Apple).
• Changes to subscription prices are not applied before the current period ends and are announced in advance.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App (articles, development stage texts, images, sounds, design and software) belongs to Mira Baby or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright law. Except for personal, non-commercial use, it may not be copied, distributed or used in derivative works. The records you enter into the App belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the App. This limitation does not remove liability for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.

7. Changes to and Ending of the Service

We may develop, change or, with reasonable notice, end the App's features. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time with Profile → Account → Delete My Account.

8. Changes to These Terms

Significant changes to these Terms are announced on this page, and inside the App where necessary, at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after the changes take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. As a consumer, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Courts where you live is reserved.
